“Beta, Wake up na!” my mother said at five in the morning, surprising me and making me fall out of my hammock. I had to go to my cousin’s Engagement party, so my mom woke me up early. She then moved to the 3 hammocks next to me, one of them already empty. I guessed that my oldest sister, Aditi, had already left to scour the island and find an adventure.
